Supa Parking Desk: decentralised parking-permit management

Supa Parking Desk is the module for parking owners and operators who want to entrust day-to-day parking-permit work to schools, associations, companies, dealerships and other partner organisations without giving up control, security or traceability.

Central administration defines what each organisation can do: which prices it can use, how many permits it may have active, how long the authorisation is valid and which rules must be followed. Partners then manage daily tasks independently through the Desk platform.

Operational delegation without losing control

Manually handling permit requests from every affiliated organisation takes time and creates bottlenecks. Supa Parking Desk decentralises permit issuance and updates while keeping strategic decisions with the parking operator.

Each partner organisation accesses only its own workspace and sees exclusively the permits, prices and data it has been authorised to use. Partners do not become central-administration users and do not obtain access to the operator's general data.

Configurable prices, quotas and rules for every partner

For each organisation, administration can enable specific parking prices and define active-permit quotas, both overall and for individual prices. It can also set authorisation validity periods, activation times and permit-reassignment rules.

Supa Parking Desk applies these rules automatically at issuance. A partner can therefore work independently within clear limits, while the operator avoids allocations above quota or use of unauthorised prices.

Online permit issuance and management

Authorised operators can create parking permits online and assign them to people and vehicles. The platform supports price-based permits and, when enabled by administration, parking permits for people with disabilities.

Essential holder and vehicle data is collected in a structured way. The permit receives a validity window calculated from the price and organisation rules; the operator can then view it, reassign it within the permitted limits or deactivate it with a reason.

Traceability, security and operational continuity

Every relevant permit action—creation, reassignment, deactivation or authorised reactivation—is recorded in the history. Permits are not deleted from Desk operations: this protects traceability and simplifies administrative checks.

Permits managed by partners remain synchronised with the central Supa Parking system. This allows existing parking-control and management processes to continue working with controlled, consistent data.

Financial control for the parking operator

For price-based permits, Desk records separately the amounts due from the partner organisation to administration. This distinguishes the financial relationship between partner and operator from payment by any end user, providing a reliable basis for administrative control.

Supa Parking Desk combines operational autonomy for partners with centralised governance for the operator: fewer manual requests, faster processes and rules applied consistently.
