How can you issue, reassign and deactivate parking permits online?

Supa Parking Desk enables authorised organisations to issue parking permits online, assign them to people and vehicles, reassign them where rules allow, and deactivate them with a reason. The operator always retains a trace of all operations.

Digital permit issuance for people and vehicles

In one process, the Desk operator enters the essential holder and vehicle data, then selects an authorised price. Supa Parking Desk calculates permit validity according to the price conditions and rules defined by administration.

Where enabled by the authorisation, Desk also supports permits for people with disabilities, including the card, issuing authority and required documentation.

Controlled reassignment, not unrestricted transfers

A permit can be reassigned to a new person or vehicle only under the policy set by the operator. Administration can prohibit reassignment, allow it freely or limit its number. It can also set a delay before the reassigned permit is activated.

This is useful, for example, when an employee, company vehicle or beneficiary changes, without creating a new permit when it is unnecessary.

Traceable deactivation and controlled reactivation

Authorised operators can deactivate a permit by stating the reason. The permit is not deleted: it remains in the history with its status and information useful for subsequent checks and verification.

Reactivation after deactivation is controlled by central administration. This prevents unauthorised changes and keeps the permit consistent with the operator's rules.

Permits synchronised with Supa Parking

Every Desk permit is synchronised with the central Supa Parking system, keeping the information needed for parking-control and management processes consistent. The partner manages day-to-day work; administration continues to govern the rules and the permit lifecycle.

FAQ

Can permits be permanently deleted?

No. Desk uses deactivation rather than operational deletion to maintain a reliable history.

Can a permit be assigned to a new vehicle?

Yes, through reassignment, if the policy configured for the organisation permits it.

Is the permit valid immediately after issuance?

It depends on the authorisation rules. The operator can configure an activation period before the permit becomes active.
