How can you control permit quotas and prices assigned to partners?

Supa Parking Desk lets parking operators define which prices each partner may use and how many permits it may have active. The system automatically checks quotas, availability and validity before creating a new permit.

Centralised control of parking prices

Not every partner should have access to the same conditions. A school may have a price for students, a company one for employees and a dealership a specific price for its customers.

With Supa Parking Desk, the operator selects the prices authorised for each organisation. The partner sees only these options in its Desk area and cannot select prices outside the defined scope.

Quotas by price and overall limits

The system can apply an active-permit limit for a particular price and an overall limit for the organisation. Before issuance, Supa Parking Desk automatically checks that the authorisation is active, the price is available and the quota has not been exhausted.

This helps operators distribute availability in a controlled way and avoid allocations beyond the quantities agreed with each partner.

Validity, activation periods and reassignment rules

Price conditions define the duration of the permit. Administration can also configure an activation period, so a new permit or reassignment becomes valid after the specified time.

For every partner, the operator can decide whether reassignment is prohibited, allowed without limits or allowed only a defined number of times. These rules are also enforced by the system, without manual checks for every operation.

Why is this useful for parking operators?

Configurable quotas and prices make collaboration with multiple organisations scalable. The operator retains a consistent commercial and operational policy, while partners can serve their users quickly within clear limits.

FAQ

What happens when a partner reaches its permit quota?

Desk blocks the creation of additional permits for that price or organisation until capacity becomes available again or the operator changes the quota.

Can the partner change the price or duration?

No. Prices, validity, quotas and conditions are defined by central administration and applied in Desk.

Can prices be limited to a specific period?

Yes. Authorisations and price grants can be made effective only during a defined period.
