Dedicated access for hotels and accommodation

Authorised hotels, campsites and other accommodation providers can use Desk to book their assigned parking allocation and manage guest permits. The operator sets quotas, tariffs and validity; reception works in its own space instead of sending every plate to a central office.

From a booking to a guest permit

The property links a plate to the stay and authorised area. Extensions and vehicle changes follow assigned permissions. Quotas limit active permits; booking a specific marked bay, if required, needs to be defined in the project.

Different rules for residents and visitors

Separate temporary guest permits from resident subscriptions. Configure seasonal periods, tariffs and zones for different properties. Checks use the same central records even when several organisations issue permits.

Automatic checks and parking occupancy

Compatible cameras can capture plates and check authorisations. Where the project records both entries and exits, those flows can support monitoring how full the car park is. Access-point coverage and counting rules are defined for the site.

A service that continues after check-in

The portal provides enabled online services while staff check permits by phone. If a meter or barrier fails, Helpdesk captures a device-linked report so the team can follow the problem with its context intact.

A workspace for operators. A portal for drivers.

From the office to a phone, information follows the work: permits, plates and validity stay connected. The portal lets users handle the enabled services themselves.

FAQ

Can guest permits be distinguished from resident permits?

Yes. Permit types, parking zones, tariffs and validity can be configured around the operator’s rules. The configuration should match the service actually provided.

Can an accommodation provider manage permits for its guests?

If the operator enables delegation to authorised partners, a provider can work within its assigned limits and permissions. The process and available features must be defined for the project.

Are cameras required?

No. Plates can be checked manually. Camera integration is optional where the operating model requires it.
