Digital management of disability permits and CUDE-associated plates

Supa Parking supports the digital management of parking permits for people with disabilities, collecting holder data, validity, issuing authority, documentation and authorised plates. The municipality retains control of the administrative review and can connect the permit to its parking-control processes.

From issuing the badge to managing the plate

The European Disabled Person's Parking Card is requested from the municipality according to the applicable requirements and documentation. The administrative procedure may include checks, issue, renewal, replacement and updates to the plates used by the holder.

Supa Parking organises this information in a digital workflow, avoiding the management of deadlines, documents and changes in separate archives.

What data can the municipality manage?

Depending on its configuration and applicable rules, the authority can record:

  • permit-holder data;
  • badge reference and validity;
  • issuing authority;
  • one or more associated plates;
  • documentation requested during the review;
  • application status and operation history;
  • any temporary validity periods.

Online applications and updates

The municipality can provide a portal for starting an application, uploading documents or reporting a plate change. Each operation can be reviewed before it becomes effective.

The online service does not change the issuing requirements: it makes submission more orderly and reduces visits to the office for operations that can be completed remotely.

National CUDE platform and integrations

The national IT platform for plates associated with the CUDE allows citizens, after the badge is issued, to request enrolment for the associated plates.

Internal permit management in Supa Parking and any connection to the national platform are separate aspects. Any automatic exchange requires verification of available interfaces, municipal enablement and the rules defined by the national system. Supa Parking must not be presented as a replacement for the CUDE platform.

Parking control and data protection

Authorised operators can check whether a valid permit exists using only the data needed for control, without displaying medical information or irrelevant documents. Roles, permissions and traceability help the municipality separate administrative review from field activity.

A workspace for operators. A portal for drivers.

From the office to a phone, information follows the work: permits, plates and validity stay connected. The portal lets users handle the enabled services themselves.

FAQ

Does Supa Parking issue the CUDE?

No. Issuing is the municipality's responsibility under the applicable rules and procedure. Supa Parking supports digital management of the application and authorisation.

Can multiple plates be associated with a permit?

The system can manage one or more plates, within the limits and methods established by the municipality and applicable rules.

Can citizens report a new plate online?

Yes, if the municipality enables this function. The change may require review before the permit is updated.

Is Supa Parking automatically connected to the national CUDE platform?

Not necessarily. A connection requires available interfaces, authorisations and a specific technical configuration with the systems involved.
