Agreements with companies and organisations for parking permits

Many permits are not for individual citizens but for a company's employees, a school's students or a partner's customers. Supa Parking lets you represent these relationships as organisation agreements and link them to issued permits.

A record for each organisation

For each agreement the operator can register:

  • organisation name and legal name;
  • address, e-mail and telephone;
  • VAT or tax number;
  • an external accounting identifier for invoicing;
  • the name and contact details of the representative;
  • a colour to recognise the organisation at a glance in lists.

Permits linked to the agreement

A permit can be associated with its organisation. Staff see which permits belong to each agreement and can search, filter and export data for reporting, without rebuilding assignments manually.

From agreement to self-service with Desk

If the organisation needs to manage permits itself, Supa Parking Desk adds a dedicated area with quotas and prices set by the operator and amounts owed to the municipality recorded for invoicing. Prices can also be prepaid: assigned permits are recorded as already paid.

Safe deletion

When an agreement ends, the guided deletion procedure previews the effect on linked permits and lets you reassign them to another agreement.

Agreement management is optional and is enabled only for operators working with companies and organisations.

FAQ

Can I link several permits to the same organisation?

Yes. Each permit can be linked to an agreement and the list shows all permits of the organisation.

Do I need Supa Parking Desk to use agreements?

No. Agreements can be managed by staff; Desk is for organisations that must issue and manage permits themselves.

Can organisations be invoiced?

The agreement can hold tax data and an external accounting identifier; in Desk, amounts owed are recorded for invoicing.
