Software for managing parking permits and subscriptions
Supa Parking is software for managing the complete parking-permit and subscription lifecycle online: application, review, issue, payment, renewal, expiry and enforcement. Each authorisation can be linked to people, vehicles and number plates and made valid in one or more parking zones.
Fully digital parking permits
Digital management removes the need to produce, distribute or replace paper permits and stickers. The permit is stored in the central platform and can be checked in real time using the vehicle's number plate.
Authorised staff can see the permit status, holder, linked vehicles, applicable price and validity period. All relevant information remains available in one place, simplifying customer support, enforcement and administrative work.
Flexible permit types
The platform can support a wide range of use cases, including:
- resident and municipal parking permits;
- subscriptions for private or company parking;
- permits for employees, students and contractors;
- visitor and guest authorisations;
- permits for people with disabilities;
- airport and long-stay parking subscriptions.
Each permit can be associated with one or more people and one or more vehicles, according to the rules defined by the operator.
Configurable prices, periods and renewals
The authorisation's price and validity are determined by the selected parking product. The operator can configure its period, price, zone and conditions; Supa Parking uses this information to calculate permit validity and apply a consistent process at every issue.
Before expiry, the system can send email reminders. If enabled, the customer can then renew through the online portal without visiting a service desk.
Central, online or delegated issue
A permit can be issued directly by the administration, bought by the customer through the self-service portal or managed by schools, companies and partners using Supa Parking Desk. In every case, the central system continues to govern the rules and data.
This flexibility reduces office workload and lets the operator choose the right workflow for each customer group.
Number-plate-based enforcement
Officers can enter a number plate in the web application and immediately check whether the vehicle has a valid permit for the zone. Supa Parking can also integrate with ANPR/LPR cameras to automate number-plate capture and comparison with active authorisations.
Approval, messages and organisation agreements
Online applications can be subject to office approval before activation. Holders receive reminders and messages from the platform, while companies and schools can be managed through organisation agreements. Personal data is protected by anonymisation and deletion rules.
FAQ
How does a digital parking permit work?
The permit is stored online and linked to the holder, vehicle, number plate, price and authorised zone. Enforcement uses the number plate, so no physical permit is required.
Can a subscription be renewed online?
Yes. When the operator enables this service, residents and customers can view the expiry date and renew through the self-service portal.
Can a permit be linked to several vehicles?
Yes. Supa Parking supports configurations involving one or more people and one or more vehicles, subject to the rules for that authorisation.
Can the system send expiry reminders?
Yes. Email notifications can alert users before expiry, reducing forgotten renewals and support enquiries.
